How do we pack your order? It depends on what we’re dealing with.
Our products are not imitations – some are solid pieces of natural granite, others are carefully crafted brass or aluminum items. Each material has its own weak point, so we tailor the packaging specifically to it. What they all have in common is simple: once a package leaves our store, it must be prepared for anything it may encounter on its journey.
Packaging and Delivery of Granite Products
Because these items are made from solid, premium‑quality natural granite, logistics require a special approach. The total weight of a set or individual pieces can easily exceed 10, 20, or even 50 kilograms – and at those weights, standard cardboard boxes simply don’t stand a chance.

Packaging and Delivery of Brass, Aluminum, and Other Products
Brass and aluminum are easier to transport than solid granite, but they have a different nature – these are extremely delicate, soft, and lacquered surfaces. A single strong pressure point during transport can ruin even the most carefully crafted item.
“Our packaging for these products may also not be exhibition‑worthy. But it has one purpose: even if the courier gives the box a slightly too ‘affectionate’ toss into the van, your order should still arrive without a scratch.”
Each piece is therefore wrapped in a layer of soft protective film to prevent rubbing, followed by a rigid cardboard shield, and finally placed into a reinforced cardboard box sealed with strong tape.
What does this mean for you in practice?
More granite items = more packages. If you order a set (e.g., a lamp, vase, and flower pot), your order will be divided into several separate, well‑protected packages for safer and easier handling during transport.
More brass items = one package, sometimes two. If you order a set (e.g., a lamp, vase, and photo ceramic picture), your order will arrive in one larger, well‑protected cardboard box.
No scratches or dents. Every product – granite, brass or aluminum – must be received in the same flawless condition in which it left our store.
100% risk coverage. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transport despite our careful packaging, we cover the full cost and arrange a replacement item. You take on no risk whatsoever.
International Shipping (Worldwide Shipping)
We ship our products safely to customers worldwide. No matter where you are, your order will be shipped securely, insured and packaged to our highest standards of protection.
Shipping Calculation:
The shipping cost for your country will be automatically calculated at checkout before completing your purchase, based on the total weight of the packages and your geographic zone.
Customs Duties and Import Fees:
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (for example, the USA or the UK), customs fees, import taxes or local fees may be charged upon import. These costs are determined by the legislation of the destination country and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
